We select the best products from the Catalan Pyrenees in order to bring them into the kitchens and onto the gastronomic tables of Parisian chefs.

OUR BEGINNING
PROPYCA was founded by Camille Dutrieux in 2019. After living for several years in Spain, Camille decided to found PROPYCA as a link between sunny Spain and gastronomic Paris.

OUR STANDARDS
We select only authentic products of the highest quality and with full traceability. Each PROPYCA brand product is produced in small batches using artisanal processes and with minimal intervention on the nature of the product.
